Ministries

“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” (1 Corinthians 12: 4–7)

All believers are part of the body of Christ and are called to contribute to the church using our gifts, talents, callings and vocations. At IBC Eindhoven, our ministries are opportunities for individuals to use their God-given abilities in service to Him and to support the life and mission of our church.

Read here to learn more about our ministries. If you would like to participate in one of them, please get in touch with us.

Our goal is to become the men God calls us to be: genuine followers of Christ, loving husbands and fathers, priests at home, and kingdom ambassadors by being grounded in Scripture and building a faithful community.

Ways to Connect:

  • Monthly Men's Evening: the first Thursday of each month at 18:45 at the church
  • Weekly Bible Study: Thursdays at 19:30 (address available upon request)
  • Daily life: We're committed to practical support—walking alongside each other through life's challenges, offering prayer, counsel, and help with everyday needs through our WhatsApp group.

Our men's ministry is about godly manhood in action, standing firm in the faith, leading our families with grace, loving sacrificially, and glorifying God in all we do. If you want to grow in your faith alongside other men who take God's Word seriously and seek to follow Jesus authentically, this is the place for you.

Together, we pursue:

  • Standing firm in the faith and being a light in a dark world
  • Shepherding our families, and leading them with grace and spiritual wisdom
  • Loving our wives as Christ loved the Church, sacrificially and unconditionally
  • Discipling our children in the ways of the Lord
  • Loving God wholeheartedly and living for His glory

Monthly Men's Evening: Dinner, connection, and time in God's Word. During this time we offer biblical discipleship, fellowship, and encouragement for one another in our walk with Christ.

Weekly Bible Study: A dedicated time where we dive deeper in the Bible; cultivate biblical manhood, ask questions, find encouragement, and grow as disciples of Jesus.

Whether you come here on your own or with family, whether you're navigating motherhood or following God's calling in the workplace, whether you're looking to grow deeper in God's Word or are seeking community and encouragement, there is a place for you.

We believe that community is more than just gathering—it's about living out the gospel. We walk with one another through joys and trials, offering prayer, practical support, and discipleship. From Bible studies and informal hangouts to supporting one another through moves, motherhood, and other life transitions, we aim to be the hands and feet of Jesus together.

We meet for regular Bible studies and host women's events that create space for connection, encouragement, and worship within our diverse community. These gatherings are a key part of building unity, turning our hearts to God and His command to love one another.

No matter where you're from, how long you'll be here, or where you are in your spiritual journey, you are welcome. Come grow with us.

The goal of our fellowship ministry is to provide a variety of opportunities for us to come together to strengthen our relationship with the Lord and with one another.

At IBC Eindhoven we have a variety of groups for people of all ages and stages of life. Feel welcome to join as we together seek God and uplift, encourage and come alongside one another, as one body pursuing God's purposes.

Ways to Connect:

  • Prayer Meeting - Wednesdays at 20:00 online
  • Young Adults - Wednesdays at 18:30
  • Various Home Groups - Mondays at 20:00, Fridays at 18:00, and at 20:00

We were designed by our Creator to live in community. Let us rub shoulders to grow more like Jesus, live out the fruit of the Spirit, carry each other's burdens, support and uphold in prayer. Join one of the many fellowship groups that meet across Eindhoven and its suburbs. Whether you're new or have been here for years, there's a place for you to connect, grow, and serve.

Our home groups gather regularly for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship in a relaxed, homestyle setting. Different groups are available - find the time and place that fits you.

Our young adults fellowship group dives into the Bible through study, discussion, worship, and community every Wednesday at 18:30 at various locations.

The IBC prayer group meets biweekly online for focused intercession, and every quarter we gather in person for an extended time of worship and prayer. No matter your prayer experience, you're welcome here. To request the link or share a prayer request, email: prayer@ibceindhoven.com.

Bonded in Christ's Love - Rooted in God's Word - Growing in Faith “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24-25

During each service we offer children's programs for ages 0-12 where kids learn about Jesus in interactive, fun, and age-appropriate ways. After the morning announcements children are invited to join their groups. Parents are also welcome to keep their children with them in the main service.

  • Ages 0-3 CRECHE - available for both services
  • Ages 4-8 JUNIORS - 9:00 service in Dutch & English; 11:00 service in English only
  • Ages 9-12 SENIORS - available for both services in English only

“Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14

CRECHE

Children from 0-3 years old are cared for in a room near the main service. We lovingly and respectfully take care of them and teach them about God through stories, songs and play. A healthy snack is provided during each service. Parents are welcome to stay with their children if preferred.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

For Juniors (4-8 years old), we teach a Bible story in a way that is appropriate for their age and language level and create crafts related to the Bible story they are learning. Because not all young children speak English, we offer two separate classes in the first service - one in English and one in Dutch. During the second service, we offer only an English class.

For the Seniors (9-12 years old), we provide English-only lessons during both services. These lessons cover the same Bible stories as the Juniors, but with more depth and adapted to their age and understanding.

CURRICULUM

We use the 'Answers Bible Curriculum', a Bible-based, Christ-centred program developed by Answers in Genesis. This program aims to teach a clear understanding of the Bible, starting with Genesis and emphasizing the truth of God's Word.

OUR VISION

By the time a child graduates from Children's Church, we desire that:

  • they understand and can articulate the Gospel of Jesus Christ, recognizing their need for His saving grace.
  • they possess a clear understanding of the overarching story of the Bible from creation to redemption to restoration.
  • they are equipped to read the Bible for themselves; knowing how to find, read, and apply God's Word in their daily lives.
  • they have encountered living examples of mature Christian faith in their teachers, learning from godly examples what it means to walk with Jesus.
  • they have learned how to build a personal relationship with Jesus through prayer.
  • they have experienced Children's Church as a safe and welcoming place, creating a lasting positive association with the church.
  • they understand their identity and purpose in the body of Christ: to worship God, to build each other up, and to joyfully share the Good News.

Biblical foundations for IBC Children's Church Ministry:

  • Rom. 10:14-15: we preach the Gospel to them
  • Deut. 6:6-7: we teach them the whole Bible
  • Neh. 8:3-9, 13: we need to be aware of their age and level of understanding
  • John 3:16: they need to make the Gospel their own
  • Gen. 5:22, 24: like Enoch walked with God, so should we, and teach our children to do the same

Almost every aspect of life changes as we grow up: new schools and developing friendships, changing relationships, expectations and roles; this calls for a solid foundation of Bible knowledge and strong Christian friendships. Welcome to Cross Life!

If you are between the ages of 12-16 and looking for a place where you can be yourself, ask real questions about life and faith, and meet people who truly care, you're invited to be part of our "Cross Life" youth group. We meet every two weeks on Sunday evenings at the church to dive into the life-changing message of Jesus.

As we come together to read through the Bible, we explore what it means to follow Jesus today—how to deal with struggles, find purpose, and live with hope.

But our group is not about Bible study alone. We care about friendship. We recognize that feeling welcome and rooted in your church family are equally important as learning about the Gospel. For this reason we start every meeting with dinner together and we end every evening with games and fellowship time.

Whether you've been in church all your life or are just curious, you're welcome here. No pressure. No judgment. Just real conversations and honest questions. Come as you are. We'll save you a seat!
